Atul Engineering Udyog is an ambitious industrial venture of Agra. It is the oldest and core unit of famous ATUL GROUP OF INDUSTRIES. It was established in the year 1994 and commenced production in1985 and become the first foundry in Agra to become ISO:9001/1994 certified w.e.f. 15/6/200.

The Company manufactures and supplies high precision ferrous castings and grinding media of following type  and orange:

(a) Iron and Alloy Steel Castings upto 200 Kg.
(b) Side Buffer Arrangement with face plate riveted (1000 KGM & KGM)
(c) Loco Side Buffer (BG) Min. Assembly
(d) Hyper steel and High Chrome steel grinding media balls.

 

Company's manufacturing facility is located at Agra (India)

ATUL ENGINEERING UDYOG is a forward looking technology oriented company having advanced manufacturing, testing & packaging facilities, along with qualified and experienced staff. The Company has two induction furnaces along with fully equipped heat treatment facility supported by physical and chemical labs. It is also committed to on going dialogue with the user of its products so as to optimize the advantage of company's products in national development.

Penden Cements, Coromandel fertilizers, Tisco, Tamil Nadu Cements Corp., Zonal Railways, Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala, integral coach factory Chennai & Chitranjan Locomotive Works Calcutta.

Company has a well defined vedor network for procurement of quality raw material conforming to specified requirements.


Company has developed and maintaining a quality management system ISO 9001:2000 with following scope :

"Manufacture and Supply of Iron Steel Castings Upto 500 Kgs., Side Buffer and Loco Assembly for Railways and Hyper Steel and High Chrome Grinding media Balls for Cement and fertilizers manufacturing ora dressing and coal/coke Grinding units."

Company has a well trained and experienced staff of about 15 people. The Languages understood by the employee is mostly Hindi and English.

Grinding Media which from our product is a critical product required by almost all cement units and Thermal Power Stations, requiring strict quality controls as any short coming in the product can lead to complete shut down of the plant operations.

Our plant has been duly inspected and approved by various reputed organisation like BHEL, MPEB, UPSEB & Loyad's Registers, Hindustan Zinc.
