(a) CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: The
chemical composition of the grinding media will be as per
IS 6079-1980: as follows:

(c) MICROSTRUCTURE:
Microstructure shall be free from continuous carbide
network.
(d) HEAT TREATMENT: The
grinding media is suitably heat treated to obtain the
required hardness and Microstructure.
(e) STANDARD SIZE OF GRINDING
MEDIA:
Balls diameter (mm)-100,90,80,75,70,65,60,50,40,30,25,
& 20
Cylpebs (mm)-25x25, 22x22, 19x19
OTHER TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATIONS WILL CONFORM TO IS 6079-1980
